In 2020, as the pandemic hit, medical supplies became “gold.” New buyers offered 3x the market price in cash to buy our entire 7,000-bed inventory. While competitors breached contracts to chase quick profits, we stayed firm.
We refused the cash and shipped every single bed to our old partners at the original price. We lost potential millions in profit, but we earned a lifetime of brand loyalty.
Integrity pays off. In 2021, an Indonesian client finalized a massive partnership with us in just 30 minutes over lunch—no hesitation, just trust. Today, our name Dingli represents this journey.
